HealthCalc Δ is a universal health and fitness calculator that combines several essential tools in one place. It helps you quickly estimate body mass index, ideal weight, daily calories, body fat level, hydration needs, heart rate zones, waist-to-height ratio and recommended sleep duration.
What you can calculate here
- BMI — Body Mass Index — calculates BMI from height and weight and shows body weight category (underweight, normal, overweight or obesity).
- Ideal weight — estimates a target body weight based on height and sex using simple clinical formulas, plus an approximate healthy range.
- BMR & daily calories (TDEE) — calculates basal metabolic rate and estimated daily calorie needs depending on age, sex, height, weight and activity level.
- Body fat percentage — uses the U.S. Navy method and body measurements (waist, neck, hip, height) to estimate body fat %.
- Daily water intake — provides a suggested daily water amount based on body weight and activity level.
- Max heart rate & zones — estimates maximum heart rate from age and shows basic training zones (50–100% of HRmax) in beats per minute.
- Waist-to-height ratio — calculates WHtR and gives a simple interpretation of health risk related to abdominal fat.
- Sleep duration guide — suggests a healthy nightly sleep range in hours according to age.
